Corporate Leadership DENNIS REPLOGLE
Replogle's wealth of experience includes field operations, field and workers' compensation claims and national account marketing and management. Among his many notable accomplishments was the implementation of new claim and risk management information systems at SRS, which helped capture more vital information and improved claim handling. Before joining Broadspire, Replogle served as president of Specialty Risk Services, a subsidiary of the Hartford Financial Services Group, where he played an instrumental role in the development and implementation of a new benchmarking and outcomes measurement system. Replogle holds a master's degree in organizational behavior from Hartford University and a bachelor's degree in zoology from the University of Wyoming.
Ken Martino joined Broadspire in 2007 and assumed the role as president. His 27-year industry career includes leadership roles in a variety of areas for companies in the third-party administrative services and property casualty insurance industries. His expertise includes strategic planning, financial management, data analysis/reporting and operational analysis. Martino’s history of successfully developing new business models and improving existing procedures have positively influenced a number of corporate segments including RMIS, finance, product development and account management. His successful endeavors have covered a wide range of areas including leading an initiative to design and implement the first carrier-based online risk management information system. Before joining Broadspire, Martino spent seven years with Specialty Risk Services, where he served as senior vice president, chief financial officer and senior vice president – account management. He began his career with Travelers Insurance Company, where he started as an underwriter and was ultimately named senior vice president of Travelers Medical Management Company. Martino then joined Tillinghast – Towers Perrin, where he provided risk management consulting services to a number of Fortune 500, insurance and managed care companies. Martino has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Connecticut, where he also earned his MBA. He also earned his CPCU from the Insurance Institute. KENNETH C. ANCONA He began his career with Crawford & Company in 1992 as a regional sales manager. In March 1997, he was named national sales manager and in February 2005 was promoted to vice president and managing director of RSG. Before joining Crawford & Company, Ancona had 15 years of experience with financial information systems. Ancona holds a bachelor of science degree in accountancy and business administration from Walsh College. He also completed the requirements and has earned the designation of Associate in Risk Management from the Insurance School of Chicago. WES DAWSON
Dawson is responsible for gaining carrier approval to partner with them on casualty and medical management business and for maintaining these key relationships. Dawson joined Broadspire in 1997 to head national account services because of his extensive experience in claims, account management and risk management. He has 35 years of industry experience, beginning with The Travelers in 1971 as a multi-line claims adjuster and then holding various positions with that company, Great American Insurance and Sears. Dawson graduated from the University of Iowa with bachelor's degrees in religion and sociology. He holds the following professional designations: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM), Associate in Claims (AIC) and Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA). DEBRA A. DRINANE
Drinane joined Crawford & Company in 2002 as assistant vice president, client service management, for what was then called the Risk Management Services (RMS) division. She was promoted to vice president of client service management in 2003 and was responsible for developing client service management strategies and monitoring team member and strengthening client relationships. Drinane began her career in 1981 in the insurance department of Dean Foods Co. Over the next 16 years, she was promoted several times within the company. In 1997, Drinane was promoted to vice president of risk management for Dean Foods, where she was responsible for risk financing, insurance, cost allocation, loss prevention, OSHA compliance and claims management functions of the company.Drinane holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from the Insurance Institute of America. DONALD R. GRAY Gray earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Texas, Permian Basin, located in Odessa, Texas. He also holds an industry designation of Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA). Gray has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Most recently, he was regional manager of the southwest region for a third-party administrator. JACOB LAZAROVIC, MD Dr. Lazarovic held several senior medical management positions at companies including HealthAmerica, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida and Vivra Specialty Partners before joining Broadspire seven years ago. His responsibilities have encompassed network development and contracting, utilization and quality management, reimbursement programs and managed care oversight. Dr. Lazarovic has published extensively, including a recent chapter in the Handbook of Complex Occupational Disability Claims. A board-certified family physician, Dr. Lazarovic attended medical school and completed residency training at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and practiced family and emergency medicine before entering into full-time medical management. NEIL LENTINE Lentine started his 21-year career in the insurance industry in 1985 after receiving a bachelor's degree in political science from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. DANIELLE LISENBEY Lisenbey holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and technology from Western Illinois University. She is a member of The Society of Manufacturing Engineers and The National Association of Women Executives. Sharon O'Shea
Sharon T. O'Shea is president of e-Triage, a wholly owned subsidiary of Crawford & Company. e-Triage delivers software solutions that identify specific risk factors and recommend action plans to mitigate potential workers' compensation claims issues. Sharon is responsible for all aspects of e-Triage, including leading all development and marketing efforts. Sharon joined the Crawford organization after the Atlanta-based company purchased e-Triage in 2006. She had been president and CEO of e-Triage.com since its inception in 1999. Her background includes more than 20 years of operational expertise with corporations in the managed care industry. She holds an MBA from Millsaps College and a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Ohio University. MARK STERGIO
Mark J. Stergio, chief information officer, is responsible for overseeing Broadspire's systems, application development and IT strategic initiatives. Stergio joined Broadspire in 2007 with a strong insurance industry background that includes nearly 25 years in various positions with The Hartford. His diverse background includes leading initiatives in billing, claims, underwriting and RMIS system development. Stergio's expertise in multiple IT initiatives, which includes designing and developing a new claims system, strengthens Broadspire's commitment to ultimately providing clients with the most effective systems in the industry. Wedel is a 26-year insurance and TPA industry veteran with proven success in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that result in substantial revenue growth. His experience includes field operations, brokerage operations, account management and national account sales and marketing. Wedel joined Crawford & Company from Willis, where he was responsible for risk management marketing. He also served as a managing director - southeast region and senior vice president of sales and account management for CNA Risk Management and regional vice president of sales for RSKCo, a third party administrator. Dennis Replogle joined Broadspire in December 2003 as president and CEO. He brought to Broadspire a proven 30-year track record from his tenures at Travelers Insurance Company and a Hartford, Connecticut-based third-party administrator, Specialty Risk Services (SRS). 
Kenneth C. Ancona is vice president and managing director of Risk Sciences Group (RSG), a wholly owned subsidiary that develops and supports a leading risk management information solution for the risk management community. He is responsible for all aspects of managing RSG, including design and implementation of self-insured risk information system strategies.
Debra A. Drinane is senior vice president for RMIS reporting and strategic outcomes for Broadspire. In this role, she is responsible for the groups that provide risk management information systems, data, benchmarking and stewardship reports for clients to help them measure the impact of their claim management programs and plan changes and improvements to them.
Donald R. Gray is senior vice president of claims for Broadspire. Gray is responsible for the national field claims, medical bill processing and risk technical center operations of all Broadspire branches.
Dr. Jacob Lazarovic directs the Medical Department at Broadspire. The department produces clinical guidelines and criteria that support sound medical claim and case management practices; participates in analysis, reporting and benchmarking of outcomes and quality improvement initiatives; develops educational and training programs that update the clinical knowledge and skills of claim professionals and nurses; provides expertise that enhances the medical bill review process; and operates a comprehensive and unique in-house physician review (peer review) service.
As senior vice president of client services for Broadspire, Neil Lentine is responsible for developing client service management strategies and monitoring team member and client relationships. Lentine joined Broadspire in 2000 after holding senior-level positions in claims and client services for Reliance National Insurance Company. Before that, he worked in claims management at AIG and Liberty Mutual.
Danielle Lisenbey, senior vice president of medical management, is responsible for the daily operations of Broadspire's Medical Bill Review, Utilization Management, Telephonic Case Management and Field Case Management teams. Her career with the organization began in 1991 as an operations supervisor for the Medical Bill Review unit. Lisenbey's steady increase in responsibility in that area peaked in 2006 when she was named vice president of medical bill review operations. Her success with MBR prompted the promotion to her current position one year later.

Brad Wedel leads the sales organization for Broadspire and is responsible for the market development and organic growth of the organization.
