Broadspire President and Chief Executive Officer Danielle Lisenbey leads a team of seasoned professionals to provide an industry-leading suite of tailored, integrated TPA services to employers and insurance companies. Her responsibilities include driving new and expanded business development, collaborating with clients to develop long-term strategic plans, increasing Broadspire’s global footprint, and delivering continuous operational improvement. As a member of the executive management team for Crawford & Company, Broadspire’s parent company, Danielle works with leadership to support Crawford’s mission to be the insurance industry’s service provider of choice by delivering the highest quality claims and administrative solutions in each of the markets it serves.

Danielle’s distinguished career with Broadspire and its predecessor companies spans more than 20 years, during which time she has held leadership roles in a variety of capacities. Most recently, she served as chief operating officer of the Medical Management division. In this position, Danielle drove the continued development and delivery of products and services that have generated cost containment results typically 10 to 15 percent better than those produced by other TPAs and medical management companies. She was also recognized by premier workflow-solutions provider LexisNexis as a Workers Compensation Notable Person in 2010, an honor that underscores her prominence in the industry as awardees are selected via feedback from various organizations and experts in the field.

Danielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and technology from Western Illinois University. She is a member of the Association of Operations Management, the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and the National Association of Women Executives.
