Strategically located throughout the United States yet centrally managed, Risk Technical Centers provide added claims expertise on complex and high exposure claims, as well as mentor and train Broadspire personnel. Within these centers, senior risk analysts serve as technical claim liaisons between Broadspire branch offices and clients, insureds and brokers, to help effectively administer our clients' claims to their ultimate satisfaction. Upon request, client-dedicated senior risk technical analysts are available to provide in-depth reviews of all open claims.

  • Average more than 25 years of experience in workers' compensation and liability claims
  • Review all complex and high exposure claims
  • Resolve coverage questions with contract principal/carrier
  • Evaluate reportable claim files to ensure proper investigation
  • Evaluate reportable claims from a legal, medical, and financial/reserve standpoint
  • Provide high-level claim supervision on reportable/high-profile cases
  • Coordinate and consult with client/insured/broker on claim activity as required
  • Manage litigation by directing and supervising both defense counsel and our branch offices
  • Evaluate and authorize settlements/large payments on reportable files
  • Reinforce branch compliance with client specific instructions on reportable claims
  • Assist Broadspire clients on specialty projects as agreed upon
  • Mentor adjusting staff in order to increase their claims knowledge for the benefit of our customers
  • Take all necessary steps to ensure that all clients are completely satisfied
